The first cake we've made that doesn't have fondant covering the entire thing. Elmo has fondant eyes, nose and mouth and the rest is buttercream! It was a little painstaking, but it should be really yummy!!

Pink iPod
My little sister Shelby just turned 18! We made this adorable pink iPod to celebrate. Fondant icing on the outside with a vanilla cake and vanilla buttercream underneath.

Pirate Face
For Owen's 5th birtday party we made this swashbuckling pirate. He was made with fondant icing on top of a chocolate cake and vanilla buttercream icing and filling.
