what's in a name?

So with these newly developing talents we are thinking of starting a business making cakes (of course). Any ideas for names??? If we use your idea we'll make you a free cake :)

Wilton Roses

Tonight I finished my first Wilton cake decorating class. I'm certainly not perfect, but I made a good start. The roses were quite daunting, but we've been learning them all along and I've been practicing. The other srudents in my class "gave" me an A+. Come over if you want some cake!! This one's chocolate with vanilla buttercream.

Just a simple vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. Yummy! Especially with some vanilla ice cream!!

This week in class

This week in my cake class we decorated cupcakes with these cute little clowns.

Lemon with lemon filling

Last week I started taking cake decorating classes at a local craft store. So far it has been pretty basic. Last night I decorated this cake. Star borders and a flower in the center. 

This was lemon cake with lemon filling and vanilla buttercream frosting.

Chocolate, mmmm...
